  I've been to this location several times, only because it is close to where I live. Every. Single. Time I go, I'm ALWAYS waiting in the drive thru. One time I was the only customer and when I pulled up to the speaker, it took AT LEAST 10 minutes for a greeting to take my order. The most recent time, I was the second car in line and I pulled to the speaker, I was greeted promptly. However, as I was placing my order I was told to hold. After waiting for over 15 minutes for the cashier to come back to finish my order, I pulled off. Prior to me driving off, several cars that pulled in after me drive off as well. This is completely unacceptable customer service for a well known restaurant.

  Pros: The staff is ok, the manager is alright.
  
  Cons: They close too early for walk ins, they don't have the grilled chicken option anymore and a couple of times they seem to run out of certain items. The place also has a strange odor, like if you mixed fresh paint with rancid grease. Looks like they don't have a lot of operational and planning experience. Also the wait times can be long whether it's walk-in or drive thru.
