  Burger was pretty good but the service was lacking a lot. The idea of building your own burger is cool but when you're hungry and tired, the list to build a burger is way too much. I just ordered a burger with everything on it.

  Good burgers. I have visited both of their locations and I really like the bison burger. It has a good taste and I topped it with a lot of toppings. They give you a certain amount, it's not unlimited, but even at that I felt full. The burger was huge. I ordered fries but I could have done without.

  I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a gluten free bun. They are way to small for the area, but the food and service are good. If you go on a weekend, plan on waiting.

  B^3 is a great place to get a burger and some drinks. The only downside, is if you don't know how you like your burgers.
  The menu is used with a sharpie marker, and has two sides to it. One side is for burgers and the other is for a salad. There is a good selection of meat including American Kobe and bison. With the amount of options you have on the menu you can spend a little time on something simple or a lot of time making your own creation.
  My biggest suggestion is definitely writing down what you ordered, because there is nothing worse than ordering your favorite burger, and then forgetting how to make it.
  Definitely a solid choice for a good burger, a good beer, or even a good appetizer.
